Started my second playthrough today. And it's HARDCORE compared to the first time through.

You'll start seeing Badmutha enemies right from the start, and those guys can take a massive pounding. Sad that quest experience doesn't scale between playthroughs, however kill XP is much higher than in the first playthrough, so I guess it balances out in the end.

I'm glad I finished the first playthrough with over $2m at the end. The rank 5 ammunition SDU upgrades are over $200k each. :o

I don't know how many times I've gotten a second wind save, and I haven't even left the first area yet. You take a LOT more damage than playthrough 1. Your shields will drop in a few hits on playthrough 2, whereas I've only had shields break a few times on the first run.

I also find that I'm dropping my turret all the time now, instead of just on boss fights/special events. I think I need to find someone who's on their second playthrough to run this with. :o

I'm sure it was a few days gameplay, Xfire sometimes puts time all in one day.

XFire updates every time you exit a game or lose connection with XFire. It's gDNA that sometimes doesn't update its information on time. When gDNA gets around to checking your XFire information, it applies whatever changes it sees all at once.

Sounds like fun stuff :3 I just started on this game the other day and have been enjoying it so far, looks like I need to save up through the game for the 2nd play through X3

I just sell every weapon I don't use, for the most part. You'll have plenty of cash to start the second playthrough with that.

Hey how do you do the second play though. I just finished and was wondering what you have to do? p.s I am guessing you keep all your exp and weapons?

@DeathorGlory9 just go to new game, then choose playthrough type "Playthrough +"
